Lifted Life currently delivers within South Africa. The checkout calculates and displays the available method for the delivery address, customer type and order value entered.
Current retail options

| Free retail delivery | Available for qualifying retail orders of R1,500 or more. Checkout confirms whether the order qualifies. |
| Fastway door-to-door | A live courier option may be offered where available; the rate shown at checkout applies. |
| Collection | A zero-cost collection option may be offered. Wait for confirmation and collection instructions before travelling. |
Delivery estimates
Delivery periods are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier operations, remote areas, public holidays, address problems, order verification and events outside reasonable control can affect timing. An order is not ready for collection until Lifted Life confirms it.
Address and receipt responsibilities
- Provide a complete, accurate South African delivery address and reachable contact details.
- Review the shipping method and charge before placing the order.
- Ensure that an authorised person can receive the parcel.
- Contact support promptly if tracking or delivery information indicates a problem.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale delivery, minimum-order and collection arrangements may differ from retail terms. Approved wholesale customers should sign in and use the method displayed for the wholesale order.
